you would think... Filo you were kind enough to share some settings with me in another similar thread, but honestly it didn't do my any good you lost me at "set Default Note Duration to Follow Grid"...

if anyone else can actually cough up a blow by blow process on how to do this I would really appreciate it in the mean time I'll be checking out the manual

Have you tried searching the DUC? I'm sure all this has been discussed before. Also, you should watch the Strike videos on the AIR user blog. I think they would help.

of course I have an no, it is not covered, it's not covered under Strike or Midi, not on AIR, Digi or DUC....If you are so shure I defy you to show me otherwise. so far I have 2 people telling me to look at the manual or search the DUC, fantastic, never occurred to me This is probably the #1 off the bat method to use strike with PT8 MEW and there shoud be a flow chart specific to this task.
