Download G-Spot Unpack it, run GSpot.exe drag & drop your file onto its window, press Alt+PrintScreen then select Start -> Run, type mspaint press CTRL+V File -> Save As (type JPEG *.JPG) goto eg. Upload the image and post the link here.

@luke1 It looks like you've taken a ".DAT" file from a VCD and simply changed the extender from ".DAT" to ".MPG"...
